Q: Is this phone Locked to Verizon
A: Yes it is. I don't recommend this phone though. The apps keep crashing on it constantly. I am looking to get a different phone immediately. Not happy with this one at all!

A: Yes it does but it was hard for me to get out. Be careful, it's very small and you could lose it easily
