A: No monthly fee but you buy monthly data but unlimited Voice and text is standard

Q: I have a prepaid Alcatel Verizon phone that I own may I take it to Metro or is it strictly locked to Verizon product says it's a universal unlocked phone but then I'm also seeing that it is locked only to Verizon so I'm kind of confused here
