A: It runs but does not cool.
Q: Is this unit dual temperature?
A: This is not a dual-zone refrigerator. It does a decent job of maintaining temperature within the unit. It can be a bit noisy if you put it in a confined space. Also, make sure you check for damage when you pull it out of the box. I got one that had a bent corner in the back, but there was no damage on the packaging, so this was clearly a re-packed unit. Sent that one back.
