After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that contains a redemption code. You can then schedule your appointment by calling 1-800-GEEK SQUAD (1-800-433-5778). Please print your Geek Squad confirmation e-mail and be ready when the Agent arrives at your chosen location.

• Check for compatibility: We'll make sure your computer, operating system, and network meet VR requirements, help you create a user account, and download and install the VR software.
• Connect your VR: We’ll connect the VR headset, controller or remote, and sensor. We’ll setup and configure your VR according to the manufacturer instructions and install 1 demo VR title.
• Test your VR: We’ll demonstrate how to use the new system and components, and let you know how to contact us for future support.
• Final steps: We’ll verify that your VR is operating properly, answer any questions you may have, and provide solutions as needed.
