We'll make sure your computer, operating system, and network meet VR requirements, help you create a user account, and download and install the VR software.
We’ll connect the VR headset, controller or remote, and sensor. We’ll setup and configure your VR according to the manufacturer instructions and install 1 demo VR title.
We’ll demonstrate how to use the new system and components, and let you know how to contact us for future support.
We’ll verify that your VR is operating properly, answer any questions you may have, and provide solutions as needed.
This service does not include computer or network setup or configuration except as specifically called out above.
This service does not include installation of additional VR software or hardware and peripherals, or additional hardware needed to ensure proper connection between the VR system, computer, and display.
Additional charges may be required for land travel beyond installation coverage areas. Service returns cannot be accepted after installation services are completed.
