Q: what´s the difference between this two models ?
A: 3.1 has 3 speakers compare to the 2.1 has 2 speakers. Better voice sound than the 2.1.
Q: Will the Soundbar Turn-on/Off automatically with the TV?
A: If you can program it in your remote, yes it can, otherwise it has a energy save setting that will shut itself off after about 10 minute of unuse. That setting can be turned off or on.
Q: Can I control the dialog volume with the center channel?

Q: We hooked ours up to our Vizio Tv with the HDMI cable, not working on our TV?
A: Use the orange out coaxail cable for sound hookup. Be sure to check that you hooked into the proper hdmi output from the tv. It's not 1 of the regular outputs that's used for output for other devices

A: Yes. I have it connected to a Samsung 40" smart TV and it works great.
Q: What is the height of this soundbar?
A: The sound bar is 3 inches tall. I have a small border on my TV so it does not block the TV at all.
