A: AnswerThe rack is safe for microwave use. It is so you can heat two dishes at a time. However, they recommend removing it if only heating one item. That I do not really understand. I was leaving it in place when only heating on lower level and it was fine. But, when I placed a bag of popcorn on the bottom, it sparked when the paper bag inflated and touched the rack above it. Fortunately, no harm was done. Luckily it removes very easily because I really do not want to store it someplace else.Answered by Maybeline

- A: AnswerThe numbers are not, but there is a +30 seconds button that will start it cooking right away. I usually just press that twice for one minute cooking.

Whirlpool Quality ✅
Perfect Old Whirlpool to New Whirlpool microwave Replacement. Had a 1.9 cf.ft. Whirlpool Gold microwave purchased in early 2017. The microwave door internally started dropping broken plastic pieces and eventually the inside door started falling off. Replaced it with this New Whirlpool 1.9cu.ft. Microwave and everything is great. Actually seems more powerful and takes less time which is interesting as both old & new microwaves say they were 1,000 watts

Price Perfect
It checks all the important boxes. It looks & feels of a quality higher than the price would imply. The inside finish is perfect for cleaning; nothing truly sticks to it (no elbow grease needed even if you forget a weekly cleaning). The only downside I have is minimal. When I'm preparing a meal, I'll throw a dish in the microwave and set the time for it. However, I won't need to heat it until other food is at certain point. When the time is right, I hit the 'start' button on the microwave but it won't start. I have to reopen & close the door for it to start. I understand it is some sort of precaution but it is something I still haven't gotten used to. Lastly, it pops popcorn to perfection. Like every kernal. It's kinda strange.

Great but it needs light up buttons
It definitely needs light up buttons at night and also it takes too long to enter the time. Not enough quick speed number settings. Also potatoe settings is not that user friendly, I liked my GE much better.
