Very disappointed. Purchased this range and it, well, looks good, and -- of course -- Best Buy staff were great. BUT, the broiler (which we used too late to return) is a cheesy heating element and underpowered for 120 volts. It is NOT a gas broiler. So, we wish we could trade up but are too late to trade anything. AVOID this range if you need a full-service range.

so far so good, installation and delivery on this item was fine.
NOT HAPPY with other part of this order (MICROWAVE)
came damaged and was told to call to reorder. the delivery guys who were great took photos of the damage and took item back with them.
However when we called was very disappointed that we weren't able to re-order same microwave over phone that it had to be done in the store. This I thought was crazy and unacceptable why do I need to be inconvenienced to go back to a store. Whatever happened to taking care of your customers.
I have spent thousands of dollars in Best Buy over the years and I may now go elsewhere with my business where the customer counts.
A:AnswerCalled per Whirlpool's response. Not helpful. They cannot tell me if this issue would be covered under their limited 2-5 year Parts Warranty until repairman looks at it (understandable). If the problem is not covered under their parts warranty, I have to pay the $125 service fee for the appointment, then other associated costs. Bought the entire Whirlpool Suite less than 2 years ago - 2nd appliance needing repair.
