Attractive, efficient, door should be left ajar after use to prevent mildew from condensation in water trap. Not a problem to do, however. Excellent installer offered that suggestion. Machine is VERY quiet compared to old top loader.

Great buy for the price. Simple to use with several washing options. The tub was smaller than expected and the width was wider than previous washer.

I bought this washer to replace a top loader. I love this washer for the most part. It cleans well, is quiet and can hold a lot of clothes. It has a lot of cycles and features and I love the fact that it is so quiet. I can barely hear it running at times compared to my old clothes washer. I frequently go into the laundry room to make sure it is running. The only problem is it's difficult to load clothes into it since it is a front loader. I would have bought the pedestal for it, but doing so would have elevated the washer another 12" or so and covered up a quarter of my window in the laundry room. Thinking of stacking the washer and the matching dryer when I redo my laundry room. It also appears to be pretty "bulky" the way it is sitting further out into my laundry room. Overall, I am very happy with this machine. I can live with the reduced water and energy usage. I'm anxiously waiting my bills to see what impact it will have. It gets out all the tough stains from what I can tell. The detergent/fabric softener/bleach bin on the upper left hand side feels somewhat flimsy though and it always leaves a little bit of the "cleaners" in their respective bins - particularly the fabric softener and bleach dividers.

It's really quiet, simple to use, the price was right and it cleans great, What more can you ask for. Oh! when I say really quiet, I have to look a through the door to see if it's on or working.

I am impressed with the appearance of the system. To say it is white, the chrome trim really enhances the looks of what would normally be a dull, plain white system. I am not sure if it is louder than normal since it is our first frontload. Even with that said, I simply close the door the laundry room and it is fine.

Upgraded from very old units and this unit was impressive value for the money without going over the top. Efficient and quiet.

We have a cat who gets mad when we go on vacation, moves back to protective cover from the bed, and urinates. That means the duveet, blanket, etc needs washing. We used to have to go to a coin laundry to wash them. This washer can handle the big load and has a sanitize setting. Everything comes out perfect. No cat urine smell. Plus no need to leave the house. Had one minor problem with the gasket on the door but it was covered by the warranty. It has been working like a champ.

this a great washer with a lot of features ..and its very easy to use... gret value and looks nice..
