Q: If you leave food on the dishes, where does it go or how does it break it down? I'm used to pre washing my dishes.

A: If food is left on the dishes it will be rinsed off and go into the drain at the bottom of the dishwasher.

Q: What is the best way to clean stainless steel to remove smudges and fingerprints?

A: Never use paper or anything harsh. No alcohol, vinegar etc. Use soapy water and a soft cloth to wash and to dry. Never use paper towels to dry!
