Q: QuestionCan this be used with out a phone or app or wifi? Just the light and the remote?

- A:Answer You can to connect the remotely to one light that's linked to the app on your phone. If you have more than one light it can only be used with one bulb. If there is a way to use more than one bulb at the samething time I don't know how
