Better than FFXV Cute and Balanced

The story was well written, even if it comes across as standard fantasy story telling. I loved the humor and light tone for the majority of the plot and the humor had my wife and I entertained regularly. Read the mirage summaries you will not be disappointed. Combat was a nice mix and casual enough for a first timer and complex enough for micromanaging. I normally dislike games where you have large amounts of characters to choose from but the nestalga keep me from not wanting to pick up another mirage.

Its a great jumping in point for newcomers, and I'm sure the series fans are full of nostalgia while playing. Definitely recommend to anyone in the monster catching and story craving mood.

Great for Fans!

It's a new take on classic characters and the old turn-based gameplay. The jokes are surprisingly funny. I would say that if you're not very into anime, like if you hate anime, you may not enjoy this game quite as much. It's very much a fun, quirky JRPG.

Overall, it was fun and enjoyable; not the greatest game, but I would recommend it on sale.
