A: Depends on the sales associate and available time. There may be a charge depending on how busy Best Buy is and how amenable the sales associate is. Mine was installed for free but I was also making a pretty substantial purchase and Best Buy was not overly busy at the time. Use your powers of persuasion.
A: I changed the touch sensitivity, which helped, but I still find the touch sensitivity could be better, especially when trying to answer an incoming call.
