Zephyr my Heffer
Love it! 6 speed settings and great lighting. Low and quiet for simple cooking to ohhh crap I burned the food in the oven and smoke everywhere so crank up to speed 6 and get the smoke out fast! Speed 6 is loud but that's what it took to exhaust the heavy smoke. Glad it has what it takes when needed! Plan specs were correct for the cabinet builder and when I installed the hood myself I was surprised that it was simpler than expected. Directions were very clear on how to do it properly. It had a protective wrap on all the exposed parts which gave peace of mind during installation. The whole thing hides so well too.
