Zojirushi - Home Bakery Supreme Bread Maker - Black

I was truly blown away by how quite this break maker is! I have only made 4 wheat loaves so far since I owned it, but they have been lovely and baked perfectly. I love how easily the bread is released from the pan as well as not having to dig the paddles out of the bread. I found the recipe book slightly confusing, which is why I gave it 4 stars. I hope for theprice, this baby last for years.

Lots of features and extras. The DVD is helpful for nubes like me. The only gripe so far is it doesn't have a FAQ for when things go wrong (my first creation was hard tack). I looked things up via the web to find out what I did wrong. Also, it REALLY needs some kind of internal light so I can see the bread rising. Otherwise, after a few tries, the house smells awesome after each try and we have fresh bread every week.

I have owned a bread machine for the last 15 years. The Zojirushi is the best I have owned. With the other brand bread makers they would make a "square" loaf and I would not get that many slices from a loaf. With the Zojirushi I actually get a regular sized loaf of bread and very easy to slice. I will not purchase another loaf of bread from a store again. With this Zojirushi my family will get bread without any preservatives or added chemicals so it is healthier for you. I will be honest with you with the other manufactures bread machine I would go out and purchase bread "organic" of course because it would not make a great loaf. With the Zojirushi I have not needed to purchase bread, in fact it is fun to make just because the loaves turn out like it was store purchased. I have made white, sourdough, banana bread and even jam and all have turned out excellent. Next on the list is pizza dough and the meatloaf recipe. I am very glad I purchased the Zojirushi.

I will keep experimenting with natural ingredients
