Zumba: Tone Up Plus - Arms, Back
I purchased these Zumba Tone Up Plus - Arms, Back DVDs for my wife and now it's almost the entire family that uses them. Everyone in the house is taking advantage of the way these videos hep us get through exercise and also have fun together. This is the second set of Zumba DVDs I purchase and would recommend them for any family looking to do things together and get in shape a the same time,

This is something good especially if you don’t have time to go to the gym you can do it from the comfort of your own home!

Great work outside
I love zumba classes. This DVD uses both regular zumba plus weights for a great burn.
