I was wondering if this product connects directly to the laptop via usb-c or just usb?
Answered by Anker TeamIt connects to your laptop via USB‑C, not USB‑A. The Anker Nano Laptop Docking Station uses a single USB‑C connection (with integrated cable or port) to link to your ultrabook. This is required for advanced features like video output to monitors, high‑speed data transfer (10Gbps), and Power Delivery charging (pass‑through power). If your laptop only has a USB‑A port, this dock will not work for DisplayLink features — you would need a different dock or a USB‑C port on your device for full compatibility.
