A: It only supports Full HD 1080p; 1920x1080
A: It's got all the normal connection ports, etc...no tower needed, but it'll need something attached. It doesn't have any intelligence within it.

A: Two HDMI ports
Q: Does it have headphone jack?
A: Yes.
A: The ability of what can be displayed on the monitors is purely a function of what is sending video data to them. If you have a computer which is capable of sending out three signals in a panoramic orientation as shown, then you should be fine. There is no software built-in to the monitors that would allow you to share or split the image across monitors. That is purely a function of what is running on the computer(s) that are sending video signal to the monitors.
