Defeat virtual enemies while playing games on this 28-inch Asus monitor. Its 1 ms response time renders smooth 3D video, and its Eye Care technology lowers blue light output to reduce eye strain and provide comfort over long gaming sessions. The GamePlus technology on this 4K Asus monitor adds a crosshair to the screen for aiming at targets precisely.
Q: Does it have speakers in it
A: No, unfortunately this model does not come with speakers.
A: These features, such as the crosshair, can be turned on or off.
A: No it does not. But it actually looks quite incredible despite not having HDR. I compared the ASUS VP28UQG to the BENQ EL287OU which has HDR and tested each while playing Assassin's Creed Origins on the Xbox One X... and this monitor right here the ASUS VP28UQG actually looks more alive and noticeably better in terms of color. 4K quality is pretty much equal but again.. the color on the VP28UQG looks more alive than BENQ's new monitor on any of its HDR settings.
Q: 1) is this monitor matte or glossy ? 2) can this monitor hdmi support 4K @ 60 Hz ?
A: The Monitor has a non-glare display and supports 4K at 60Hz.
A: This model is calibrated for gaming, no need to change any settings for best performance.Yes, its 1ms response time.
A: You should notice a big difference in quality and your card will work with this. I have a gtx 1060 and it runs 4K. You will lose fps though because your graphics card is running 4 times the pixels. It also depends on the rest of your system. I would recommend a intel I7 CPU and 12GB ddr3 ram or more.
Q: Can you removed the stand and can you mount on display monitor stand
A: Yes, the stand can be removed for this model. It also has a VESA Wall Mounting : 100x100mm at the back.
A: It has a 3.5mm headphone jack, not sure if it supports a mic.
