Fractal Design - North Charcoal Black Chassis with Walnut Front and Dark Tinted TG Side Panel Mid-Tower PC Case - Black

I got it in a sale last year (around Nov 2025). Writing this after almost 4 months of use. This is probably one of the best cases I have seen. Its big enough for my components, looks good on the table, has good exhaust and fan setup. I highly recommend.

Excellent case. I love the wood inserts, as they make the case feel refined. In addition, there is the front plate has all the connections you need, which I find helpful.

Very pretty. Very build-friendly - once you go Fractal, you don't go bactal. In all seriousness though, any Fractal case is going to be a joy to work in, they always provide all the straps and screws you need with already built-in motherboard standoffs, and they always make sure the PSU gets filtered. The front of this case makes it feel like some sort of 1970s appliance though, so fi that's your thing, go for it

Just built a new rig using the Fractal Design North in charcoal black with the walnut front, and honestly, it's one of the best-looking cases I’ve ever used. The mix of real wood and mesh gives it this classy, modern vibe that doesn’t scream “gamer” but still looks super premium. The tinted glass side panel adds a nice touch too—lets you show off your components without going full RGB overload. Building in it was smooth. The layout is smart, with plenty of room for cable management, airflow, and larger GPUs. I’ve got a 360mm AIO in the front and everything fits with zero clearance issues. Airflow is excellent even with the mesh design, and the case stays quiet even under load. My only small complaint is that it might be a hard fit for larger GPUs. But other than that, it’s a beautiful, functional case—perfect if you’re going for a clean, sophisticated look.
