Works great for my basement
I used this in my basement and it works great. Auto makes it turn on and off automatically but my temperatures in the basement is usually fluctuating a lot so I turned it on and off manually. Regardless works great

Super cool so happy I got two.
Superb install was easy I put one unit in the garage where I have a theatre setup. Also one in the master bedroom. I can now enjoy the theatre in cool comfort. This thing does heat to so that will be there for winter. My main ac does not always cut it and one time a capacitor went out. So now I have a backup in the master. That time without ac not fun. Now I have peace of mind. I almost got another for downstairs but they sold out. As my main ac cant keep up with this heat. The main ac does both upstairs and down stairs. Now in master anytime I want it cooler i have it. Also a backup if all goes south. Plus comfort in the theatre. Wish I knew about it sooner. Definitely get a unit dual hose and with ac and heat. Install was easy once you figure it out. The smart features and alexa voice commands makes it even better. Very pleased and I would highly recommend.

Works okay warranty sucks
Purchased this as I had a smaller one that had failed under warranty ge makes you purchase a new unit out of pocket and gives you rebate receipt if fails under warranty very disappointed in their warranty policy’s would have bought another brand but had to buy their brand to get reimbursed for my failed unit under warranty
