DO NOT PURCHASE
The manufacturer neglected to include the first season. Listed as a complete series, I assure you it is not. I'm returning it.

So Hilarious!
This is quite entertaining. All the characters are messed up and it's great to see many big names in just one episode alone. There are a lot of episodes. It really takes a take off therapy and psychiatry but it also makes me ponder the people who are in the career. Nonetheless, we are all human, and this shows it. EXTREMELY FUNNY! I wish there were more seasons, but there are only two.
If you like the opposite of comedy in a therapist/psychologist plot show, try In Treatment. It's therapy sessions in the drama genre.
