Q: Does Windows operate in S mode on this one?
A: Windows 10 pro is installed on the laptop. Does not ship in S mode.
Q: Is the screen matte or glossy display?
A: The screen is a matte display which surprised me but I am actually really falling in love with it. It's much easier on my eyes and though in some light the screen may not seem very bright I'm thankful to not have as much glare or strain on my eyes.
Q: What is the warranty on this product? Is there anyway that we can extend the warranty from Lenovo?
A: There is a limited 1-year manufacturer's warranty, covering hardware OEM issues.
