  Damaged packaging (even the Styrofoam was broken inside). It did not include required hardware and instructions for assembly. No assistance through the manufacturer and the Best Buy chat as well as the customer service number were no help. Extremely frustrated.

  This an okay item, maybe overpriced. Sturdy and useful but should be cheaper.
