A: Well yes, this mount certainly fits the TV, BUT... it does NOT fit the WALL! Very poorly designed & engineered. Most studs in residential homes are 16" center-2-center. The mounting bracket is too short to bolt it into the studs. I had to return this wall mount for the larger Rocketfish™ - Tilting TV Wall Mount for Most 32"-90", which worked perfectly! Also, your answer to my question was untimely late and unacceptable. ~ Gunner
Q: Can the tv be slid all the way to one side or other of mount when installed into wood stud?
A: I installed in my showroom at the office and slid all the way to one side to cover the outlet As long as it is secured well to the wall you can utilize the full width of the mount. Gives more flexibility to where you need to put it.
