Q: Can I buy the fridge now, use it like normal, and add the panels at a later date?
A: Yes ! My fridge is waiting for my panels to come in as I text this now , they are supposed to come in in the next few weeks but not having them on is not making any difference in the use of it , none at all !
Q: What is the plastic grid above the dual ice drawers used for?
A: It's just a cover and shields the ice from getting any contaminants drop on it. It slides back and fourth for easy access.
Q: How do you open the doors without handles? I can not find a video that shows this.
A: There’s an indentation with an opener on the top of the door as well as the bottom of the door.
Q: I do not have a water hook up. Is it possible to remove the ice bins??
A: Yes it comes out.
Q: Does the ice scoop shown in the images come with the fridge?
A: Yes the ice scoop comes with the fridge. It should be taped to the ice drawer.
A: My front door was small standard size and although tight fit, they managed to get it through. I didn't watch but spoke over phone with delivery person and he told me he would remove a door.
Q: When it says „custom panel ready“ - does it actually come with panels or does it not?
A: It does not come with panels , you have to order the glass panels separately, you pick the color or colors .
Q: What is in the bottom? Is it a pullout freezer drawer?
A: The freezer is at the bottom and is a pullout two levels

Samsung bespoke fridge
The fridhe has nice amenities such as a water pitcher that automatically refills. The inside of the fridge is pretty large and fits all of our groceries. The ice machine makes two different ice sizes which is nice. So far the past 3 weeks ive had this fridge it has been working perfectly. The girl that helped us prucbase this fridge was wonderfully helpful in having us pick the right fridge.

spacious & sleek
I absolutely love this fridge! It’s very spacious if you’re a person that buys a lot of fruit and veggies. Opposed to the other models sacrificing in the middle freezer drawer for two extra drawers for fruits and veggies is so worth it in my opinion. The beverage station is extremely convenient and useful. The beverage station doesn’t take up a lot of space. The ice maker is located in the slide out freezer eliminating a bulky device in your fridge. It also makes TWO different sized ice. A ice cube and a smaller ice cube. It’s awesome. The ice tray is also removable. Making it easier to severe drinks to friends and family. I honestly don’t have anything to say negative about this product. I literally had to remove portions of drywall to make this massive fridge fit.

Features and space galore!
Love the beverage center with the auto fill pitcher! Makes it so much easier to fill the coffee pot or large water bottles. I absolutely did not want in door ice since they cause so many issues so I love the two types of ice in the freezer drawer. Plenty of fridge space. I have empty drawers still because it’s so much space
