Optical SteadyShot image stabilization combats camera shake, while a Direct Drive Super Sonic wave Motor ensures fast, quiet autofocus with full-time manual override. The lens has a minimum focus distance of 7.87' (2.4m) and 0.2x maximum magnification, suitable for portraits and headshots.
