A: The tilting top is 39.5 in. Wide x 30 in. Deep.
A: Yes this chair is designed to work with a standard 30' H desk. The standard seat height of the chair alone is 18"-23". If you add our footring extension kit, (sold seperately) it raises the seat 9 inches.
