I would definetley recommend this to someone who is serious about losing weight but u need alot of energy.it is very fast paced sometinmes almost too fast but it fo sure kicks ur but and i would imagine if u did it 3-4X per week ud def lose a few lbs. P>S> for the record they do use resistance bands , i havent any but im sure it would increase ur muscle use and fat burning

I'VE ALWAYS LIKED BILLY'S WORKOUTS AND THIS ONE ISN'T ANY DIFFERENT. FROM START TO FINISH BILLY AND THE CREW KEEP YOU AMPED AND MOTIVATED .MY TWO OLDEST KIDS WHICH ARE 8 AND 6 LOVE TO DO IT TOO IT'S FUNNY SEEING THEM TRYING TO KEEP UP. LOL MY 6 YEAR OLD LIKES TO PRETEND HE IS BILLY. I LOVE BILLY'S WORKOUTS I'LL BE DOING THEM FOR YEARS TO COME.THANKS BILLY!!!
