A: The U1000 has the ability to connect to a Hotspot device inside the vehicle. This way, you are able to use a Remote Live View feature, as well as check the vehicle's location and receive notifications in case of impacts.
A: Hi There, yes, with the U1000 you are able to move the lens up and down, even after the Dash Cam is already mounted. This allows for you to adjust the Dash Cam's angle at any time.

A: Hello CJ, The U1000 camera records continuously in 1 Minute increments, there should be no interference in regards to the rain sensor! Thank you.
A: Hello CJ, The CarPlay won't interfere with the dashcams recording, however when connecting via wifi to the app, you will have to disconnect from CarPlay as your phone can only hold 1 Wifi connection at a time. You can disconnect from CarPlay and connect to the app, once you have finished with viewing the footage and settings, you can disconnect from the thinkware app and reconnect to your Wifi with no issue!
