Installing quality in-ceiling speakers doesn't have to be difficult! This pair of Yamaha NS-IC360C 8 In. 120 Watt Max In-Ceiling Speakers are easy to install. They are designed with a low-profile for flush mounting. Plus they have paintable speaker frames and grilles, making them ideal various custom installation requirements, including in-wall. They also feature 45 Hz to 24 kHz frequency response, 8 in. moisture-resistant blue polypropylene mica cone woofers for high-performance mid-low sound reproduction and 1 in. soft-dome tweeters for high-end sound reproduction.

    Fantastic for rear surround satellites.

    I'm using these speakers as rear surround satellites and they sound fantastic. Seems to me like the base is a little lacking if I were using them standalone but paired with a good subwoofer, they're excellent speakers at a great value price.

    Great sound

    I bought three pairs of these speakers for my surround sound in an average size living room with 9ft ceilings. They are easy to install and the sound quality is excellent. Highly recommended. If I could change one thing, it would be to sell them as singles as well as in pairs. Surround sounds uses 5 speakers, but I had to buy 6 so now I have one spare one...!

    Sound and Look Great

    These speakers sounds and look great! Very easy to install with the included template. They even provided a mask to protect the speaker grills and speaker surround/bracket if you decide to paint them to match your walls or ceiling.

    Great addition to my surround sound!

    Easy install for the speakers themselves! Running the wires...different story. Strong sounding speakers...probably not utilizing them to their potential just for surround sound!

    Great sound

    although the room these are installed in is small the sound is great and would probably sound just as good if the room were bigger. Easy to install

Questions & Answers

  • We are currently building our home and want to make sure we get it all wired properly. If I want sound in various rooms, would it be reasonable to only put 1 speaker in the rooms, or will this not work, or sound right? Such as a bedroom or study.

    I would use at least 2 speakers for small rooms and 4 for larger rooms. This will help create more dynamic sound.
