DO NOT BUY!
The WORST unit ever!!! Cold? YES! Quiet? F NO!!!!! It sounds like it’s about to jump out the window. I ordered before leaving on vacation and now it’s out of the return window! I hate how loud this thing is! Unbelievable!!!!! I tried the heater and it NEVER did come on. What am I’m missing here besides $600

So far i'm loving this AC
Purchase this portable air conditioning unit to try and cool down my garage Which has been pushing 90 degrees this summer. Had it about two weeks now and it's working great, maintaining 72 degrees with no problem. The unit is pretty quiet even on the Max setting. I'll be testing it as a heater in the winter and haven't utilized the dehumidifier features yet.

$600 paper weight
Not a Whirlpool product, its HiSense. Broke 1 month in, stopped cooling, normal bedroom, normal setup. Best Buy, Whirlpool and HiSense not taking responsibilty even though it has a 1 year manufacture warrenty. Everyone wants a serial number from the unit which is not labeled with one. Smear campaign and small claims court it is… thanks everyone for the $600 hassle.
