It allows rock-hard freezer foods, but is off enuf to control ice buildup; I haven’t had to defrost our freezer in about 7 years—& it saves a chunk of change off utility bills.

Excellent freezer - Rock Solid
Excellent freezer. We tried to use another brand that was supposed to be garage ready but it could not stand up to the cold. This has been rock solid for a couple of months now with no issue at all. I did buy a temp sensor to keep in the house that will alert me if the unit fails so that way I don't end up with spoiled food. There is plenty of storage, even in a smaller unit like this and I am very happy that I went with a shelved unit instead of a chest freezer. It is so much easier to organize and you don't end up burying things that will get lost and freezer burnt or having to pull up older items to the top. Highly recommend. Extremely easy to move. Great size overall. Good price and very solid results... I actually had to turn the freezer down quite a bit from the dial or else it would be way too cold so you can easily deep freeze in this unit if needed.

Great garage fridge or freezer!
This was the perfect size for what we were looking for. We bought 2 and use one as a fridge and one as a freezer side by side. It comes with the door hinge on the right but it was simple to convert the door hinge to open the other way.

Best garage ready freezer
Compact size, reversible door, great for small spaces! I love the shelves for easy access and organization.It is also frost free that makes it easier to clean.
