Q: Does it come with a screen where it'll get projected?
A: Hi Diego, thank you for your interests in the Hisense L9Q. The projector does not come with a screen. If you have further questions, please reach out to our dedicated support team directly at 1-888-935-8880 or via email at [email protected]. Thanks again, Harley with the Hisense Support Team.
Q: The "cons" listed are "Black Levels" and "Lens Adjustment." Could you elaborate?
A: Hi, Not an expert but researching projectors. Alot of good videos that talk about this but essentially in laymans terms the contrast and blacks during a movie scene arent as black as other projectors. It may look a little gray. The px3 pro has better black floor than the l9q but is not as bright for daytime viewing. The screen with appropriate gain matters too. I think its best to go with what type of watching you are going for. Dafk room viewing or ambient light viewing.
Q: Does it work on 220 volt electricity outside the USA?
A: Hi Hisense Customer, Thank you for your interest in the Hisense L9Q. This laser TV has a power supply requirement of AC 120V, 60Hz. If you have any further questions or concerns, please give us a call at 1-888-935-8880 or email us at [email protected]. Thanks again, Harley with the Hisense Support Team.

I replaced a LG G4 with this projector in our tv room. With the proper preparation (seriously invest in a solid short throw screen and window coverings) you too can have a cinema quality experience at home. Stunning colors, great blacks and the muscle to handle gaming (PS5) and sports without compromising picture quality. The wow factor when paired with my Sonos surrounds and a DB 820 player is just kind of unbelievable. The tech has progressed so rapidly that today, an average home consumer can save $ for 12-18 months, invest 10k and then achieve a theater level of quality in picture and sound without taking out a second mortgage or even needing to hire a high fidelity installation specialist.

Wonderful UST projector. Top quality just projecting on wall. Imagine if there is a screen.

For a flag ship 6400 dollar projector to have a dmd failure of the optics drive is unacceptable. Best Buy wont do anything, the bank wont do anything. Everyone tells me to send it to the manufacturer. Its 2 months old. Its a lemon. Give me a new one or take this thing back. Im not paying for this I made 1 payment. See the white dot on the screen it stays white. More pixels are turning white. I spend 6 hours to be looped through phone calls to get no where. Stand behind your product bestbuy. I'll be canceling my card. For a customer that's spent well over 20k at your store you lost a customer.
