Great dvd!
It is a great product! I get a good work out AND it's fun! I like that I can mix and match what I want from the start, so I don't have to go back to the menu when I want to do several in a row. I've tried a couple other 10 minutes dvds that I thought were okay, but this one blows them out of the water! I would recommend it to anyone. I am a beginner and didnt' have trouble catching on, I also think those who already have experience can add in their own moves or make it more challenging for themselves and still have fun!
