Fitness Tracker for starters

It is easy to program and understand, also the LED screen is easy to read in dim lighting. Buy a Fitbit 3 Plus.

Good bang for your buck

Good watch for beginners

I definitely would not wear this to track your sleep. (lights up with every turn of you wrist, wakes me up) I have to charge it every day. I work with it.

If your born before 1970 app won't work

I contacted the company and they are aware. I guess I'm too old for the watch. Also I was surprised that the watch face is much smaller then the picture so that was also disappointing. I will be taking it back and spending a bit more to get a fit bit.
