Q: Will this laptop support 3 external monitors? If so, what is needed to do this?
A: According to the spec sheet that I obtained directly from Lenovo, it states the following: supports external digital monitor via HDMI or Thunderbolt; Up to 5 displays with 4 external monitors plus system LCD screen. Max resolution: 5K@60Hz (Thunderbolt); 4K@60Hz (USB-C or HDMI) You will probably need a docking station that has at least three monitor outputs and depending on the docking station and the inputs your monitors have, you may need adapters such as dvi to vga or dvi to hdmi. Some docking stations come with adapters. The Lenovo ThinkPad Thunderbolt 3 will probably work for you but the P53 is not listed as a compatible device, which to me means it will probably work to give you three screens but it might not support supplying power to your laptop through the Thunderbolt connection because the P53 may need at least a 170W power supply and this dock only supplies 90W. You should probably call Lenovo and tell them what exactly you are looking for so they can guide you better.
Q: Is this a glossy or matte screen?
A: undefined
Q: Is there a desktop docking station available for this model laptop?
A: There is no dedicated dock made for the Lenovo ThinkPad P53 laptop. You can use a universal Thunderbolt Dock with the P53. Here is a link to a list of compatible, universal docks that can be used with the ThinkPad P53: https://www.lenovo.com/us/en/docksSearch/
