A: Yes, I ride it up a pretty steep bridge near my house and I’m about 265 lbs.

A: You have to deal with the company. They have HORRIBLE customer support. I submitted a repair request 16 days ago and have gotten zero response even after following up multiple times.

Performance That Surprised Me I was expecting decent speed, but the acceleration on this thing is way smoother and more powerful than I imagined. I hit around 17 mph on open roads, and it feels stable the whole way. What really impressed me was the range—I consistently get close to 25 miles per charge, which is more than enough for daily trips and even errands. Looks & Build Quality People literally stop me to ask what scooter I’m riding. The grey finish is sleek and minimal—no flashy branding—and the solid, premium build feels nothing like the cheap scooters I tried before.
