A: Hello, there are a number of reasons why the AC output could not be functioning, check the user guide and review the troubleshooting section as it could be something simple like it being too hot and overheating or even just overloaded. Q: Will this work on my ResMed CPAC machine?
A: Hello, I would have concerns about this using the product with a CPAP machine, from what I can see these machines utilize a AC to DC inverter much like laptops would. Based on the wattage from the inverter specs found on their website, they are showing they are 90W chargers, because they are AC to DC inverters they are expecting a pure sinewave power source, where this unit outputs a simulated or step sinewave output meaning the power supply for the CPAP will need to draw more than the originally rated 90W, so it may not function. If you wish to use your ResMed Device in a vehicle I would suggest reaching out to them for options as the documentation I found was very good and they should have a recommendation to use for this kind of situation.
