A: No. One adapter per controller. You can use mutiple adapters on the same console. I use a usb hub for my nintendo switch to connect 2 of them.

A: No, the only game system this lets you use non standard game controllers on is the Nintendo Switch. This could change with a future update.
Q: Will this connect an Xbox One controller to my computer?
A: Yes, I use two of these adapters to connect two Xbox One controllers to my PC. You can only connect one controller per adapter.
