So happy,! I found this classic drive-inn movie. Remembering, the times I truly enjoyed sitting outside to watch a movie. Brings back good memories. The blue-ray is so sharp and clean with extra features, and audio commentary from the director.

This 1974 low-budget and low effects science fiction film has Don Johnson as a young man looking to survive and find a female lover in a war torn deserted wasteland. Aided with a telepathic dog for help, this movie presets the 'Mad Max' films by a few years. Heavy emphasis to the Vietnam war cynicisms, Watergate scandals, and the Cold War fears- the movie is an impressive commentary time capsule, but the slow pace and gritty cheap feel of the movie may bore some.
