Q: can you get a larger battery,how to remove battery ?
A: The battery that ships in the system is the only one available for this model. The battery is not considered user accessible because the lower case assembly must be removed to access the battery.
A: This model does have one SSD slot on the mainboard. It is not considered user accessible because the bottom case and battery must be removed to access the slot. If you feel comfortable doing this, you can certainly add an SSD if you want.
A: A gaming laptop is faster than a regular desktop, or laptop, but if your plan on using either for web browsing, emails, watching videos, basic online games; any desktop or laptop under $500 will be your best choice. The benefit of a gaming laptop is having a powerfull processor and graphics card, plus a faster wireless adapter for wifi and portability. This laptop is just amazing when it come to get full use of the internet speed i have, plus playing games, and graphics and processing power programs. A: Yes, it does but you need to select the laptop that comes with this processor. For me i saw the one with the i5 but when i went to add to cart i noticed they had the i7 option too, so i selected the i7 over the i5 8th gen.

A: Yes you can.

A: acer says it supports up to 32GB. 2 16GB sticks

A: It varies from 4hrs to 2:30. Please keep in mind that it is a gaming laptop and not an ultra book for doing productivity work. Even on productivity work i getabout 3hrs 40min.
A: It is, but there are different configurations. Mine has the i7 8th gen and 1050ti graphics card.
