A: Yo have to remove the motherboard and flip it over. The memory and 2nd M.2 slot are there.The M.2 slot has a screw in it already. Cover screws are hex and internal Philips. I found no schematics. The M.2 that comes with it is a OEM Samsung and has the OS on it. I added the 2nd M.2 and upped the memory to 32GB. See a better explanation on the process in the review I did for it.

Q: Can you run two 1 TB SSDs and run them RAID0?
A: Not certain about BIOS set up for RAID, I'm not the tech geek I was, but in this unit the motherboard is installed upside down so it has to be removed even to access the battery! I was impressed I could put two more hard drives in when I combed through the specs, well good luck with THAT.
