Q: Since this product is refurbished do it still come with a warranty option?
A: Yes, it does. 90 days. I have not had any problems thus far. I have another refurbished Chromebook over 2 years old that works just fine as well.
Q: Could my daughter use a stylus with this to draw and color? If so, will any stylus work?
A: This laptop supports a capacitive touch type stylus which mimicks your fingertip. This does not support a digitizer type pen that offers a more precise line when drawing.

Q: How's the battery life on this computer?
A: I have used mine for 8 hours or so on battery without any problems.

A: Yes, it's good for editing videos and pictures.
Q: Can you spread your fingers on this touch-screen to make a picture or text larger?
A: yes you can. Works just like any touch screen. Very convenient and very easy to use.
Q: Will this chromebook work well with android apps?
A: Yes, it works well with android apps.
Q: Can you run Microsoft word doc/ excel? Can you use a smart pen on this device?
A: Yes, there are all kinds of great Google Chrome apps and App Extensions. I have Microsoft word and have used it with this computer. I do not own a smart pen. However, I see no reason that it would not work.
