Q: Will a camera from a AWS3266 ALC Surveillance System work with a AWS337 System?
A: No it will not. The newer system is Full HD video and the older cameras will not work with that system.
Q: Will this system still work with the new 5G networks on my iphone
A: Yes, as long as your iPhone has internet connection you will be able to connect to your cameras.
Q: i have a ALC Observer Wireless system model AWS 2155 will this camera work with my system?
A: The AWSC37 camera will not work with the AWS2155 System. This new camera is an HD camera while the AWS2155 is a much older VGA system, they are incompatible.
Q: is all the software with this and is there anything else i have to buy
A: With this particular camera, AWSC37, it is an accessory camera for the ALC Observer HD system, AWS3377 or AWS337. It does not operate without either of those systems. If you are looking for a stand alone outdoor Wi-Fi camera, you should consider the SightHD AWF61. This is an HD 1080p camera that connects to your homes Wi-Fi network. The only other thing you will need is to download the free ALC SightHD app to your smartphone. This is required to setup the camera and view the Live and recorded video.

A: It is pretty easy. Just need to go to the pair camera page on the monitor and press and hold the pair button on the new camera. The instructions with the camera show you where you need to go on the monitor.
