A: Liquid cool the cpu - cost me 50 bucks on ebay for everything including brackets. This will get alot of the hot air out of the system. It's throttling because of heat. You can also go into the Alienware command center and put the thermal settings to full speed on the cpu, top and front fans this will help as well but it will get loud.
