A: Whatever the rms of a single 10 is, multiply that by 2. So if they are 600 w rms. 600 x 2 is 1200. You need an amp that will put out 1200 w rms at a certain impedance. If you got 2 dual 4 ohm 10s and wired in parallel that would be a 1 ohm load. You'd need an amp to put out 1200 w rms at 1 ohm.
