Q: I want to buy the pre-order for Anthem, but am unsure if I'll need to use Origin to install it. I'd rather not use Origin if possible and just have the game installed on my PC, so was wondering if not using Origin was an option at all.

A: Origin will be the only way to play the game on PC. This is a fair assumption to make about any new EA game that comes out much like Blizzard, Ubisoft, Epic and now Bethesda all using their own respective launcher platforms.

Q: Same question as BerserkLawnGnome: If I buy the PC digital preorder, do I get VIP demo access for PC? It'd be great to get a response on this before it's too late. From what I've read on the EA site it seems like we should. Thanks!

Eye Candy, Bring a Friend
The most beautiful game I’ve ever played. Co-op combat with friend(s) is fun, though can get repetitive. The characters are lame, as-is the dialogue (though the acting itself is fine)...a planet full of air-headed millennials. Very thin story; would only recommend to a group of friends that plan to play together.

Fun co-op game
My wife and I play this game together. Great story, good characters, fun gameplay. Lots of negative reviews, as the game does seem a bit incomplete. But what is there is fun, and as long as the devs keep updating I don't see why this can't end up being one of the better"looter shooters" on the market. Runs well on both our PC's, mine a 3 year old i7-6700k w a GTX 1080(60 fps at 1440p w ultra settings), hers on a new ryzen 2700x w an old GTX 970(60 fps at 1080p w high to ultra settings)

Fun game
The game is very engaging and the combat is a lot of fun and very fast paced. The is a lot of grinding to get decent gear and the missions get really repetitive.
