Q: does the cellular feature allow you to use it as a cell phone? is that what that means?
A: Yes. It can be used as a cell phone when it’s connected to the same WiFi as your apple phone if you have one. At least that’s how mine works. If I’m in my house on my iPad and my iPhone rings. I can answer on my iPad. It can’t be used without your iPhone nearby though. Hope that makes sense

A: Yes it is only compatible with the 2nd generation Apple pencil
