Apple - 12.9-Inch iPad Pro (3rd generation) with Wi-Fi - 512GB

This is my second iPad Pro. I purchased my first one in February, the 10.5-inch version, and it was excellent. My wife continues to use it. I purchased the original iPad Pro, after playing with a demo of the Procreate app, because I wanted to use it as my on the road sketchbook. I am a watercolorist, but the iPad Pro quickly became my go-to creative center. It did not take long to realize that a larger screen would be a plus, but I was bound and determined not to replace a new device with an identical, but larger model. So, of course, Apple came out with a larger, faster, sleeker iPad Pro. The 12.9 inch is actually smaller than the predecessor but it has the same size screen. The new processor is incredibly fast. It has turned me into a cloud user — especially for photos, I would like to be able to do more with the Photos App, but I also have an iMac desktop where I do most of my organizing and editing. The larger screen has been a boon for my painting and sketching. At about the same time that I purchased the new iPad Procreate released version 4.2, which is even better than 4.0, so I don’t know how much credit should go to Apple or to the app developer. The combination is “creative catnip”. The iPad and the App both have more layers than the average onion, and I’m still only on the surface (not the one from Microsoft...) with both, but the quality and performance of the iPad Pro have not disappointed. Did I mention the INCREDIBLE screen quality? I’ll discuss the new keyboard and Apple Pencil in separate reviews. Buy all the memory that you can afford!

As a photographer and artist and photo editor this larger size iPad is great for me.

I purchased this Ipad strictly for my Korean lessons. This is my third IPad. They all work quite well. I would have given it 5 stars, but it takes longer than the other older ones to start and the battery doesn’t last as long as the older ones, However, I would give it 4.5 stars. I am happy with the amount of storage and its capability. I look forward to my continued lessons and waiting for my Korean keyboard from Korean to add to this purchase

I am thrilled with the iPad Pro! In my opinion, it is a must have along with the Apple Pencil. No regrets. I upload photos with a card reader attachment and edit them easily. I am just getting into art and it’s much less intimidating on here than on an actual canvas. Playing games, checking out social media and surfing the net are so easy. Disclosure: I purchased an off brand keyboard/case to save money and I don’t have any regrets with that either.

As a gift to my wife I think that was the best overall, and also for the family.....

I like much cause it’s lighter than The old model

This is such a great product. Easy to use, log in updates easily, light weight fully functional computer. Takes fantastic photos and videos streams flawlessly. I use mine for work and personal use and this is so great. There are many accessories for this and while adding the smart keyboard makes it slightly heavier at least its protected and is useful. I only wish there was a way to keep your fingers from smudging the screen causing you to constantly clean it. I didn't get mine with cellular data not seeing a need. After using it, I thought using my iPhone as a hotspot would allow me to use google maps live or Waze but it won't. Only regret of the purchase otherwise I love the screen size. Great buy and perhaps in the near future I would buy the latest version but not so sure if its that much better than this one. As I mentioned this one is powerful, fast and has lots of storage space.
