A: Yes, of course it is touchscreen, as is any ipad ever made.
Q: Does this have facial recognition?
A: Yes, ipad pro has facial recognition. My wife never buys a pro but a regular ipad which just has touch. My old ipad pro of many years has facial recognition.
A: Yes — you can connect the new iPad Pro (M5) to a speaker that only has a headphone jack. The new iPad doesn’t have a 3.5mm port, so you’ll just need the Apple USB-C to 3.5mm Headphone Jack Adapter. Plug that into the iPad, then plug your speaker’s AUX cable into the adapter. If your DJ speaker uses RCA or 1/4” inputs, you can still use the Apple adapter — you’ll just need a simple 3.5mm-to-RCA or 3.5mm-to-1/4” cable. That’s all you need to get audio from the iPad into a non-Bluetooth speaker or DJ system.

Great new purchase but not if purchasing as upgrad
Would be 5 star. I gave it 4 stars only because I don’t think it is worthwhile upgrading from prior generation of IPad Pro 13 inch. I bought it because I damaged my IPad Pro and needed a new one. I cannot see any difference from prior year’s model. If you don’t have an IPad Pro, it is a worthwhile purchase , but not if you are “upgrading” to get better performance. The average user will not be able to see the difference.
